Estimates and scheduling
Estimates are free and valid for the period stated on the estimate. Work is scheduled after acceptance and may be adjusted for weather, safety conditions, or emergency response demand — we'll communicate any changes promptly.
Property access and utilities
Customers agree to provide access to the work area and to identify known private underground items (irrigation, lighting, septic, propane). Public utility locates are arranged where required.
Payment
Payment terms appear on your written estimate or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work.
Insurance and liability
We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance; certificates are available on request. Our liability is limited to damage caused by our negligence in performing the contracted work.
Permits and ordinances
Where municipal or HOA rules apply to tree work, responsibility for approvals is stated in the written estimate. We assist customers in identifying applicable requirements but do not guarantee third-party approvals.
